Through the asana’s, after exercise a deep relaxation arises in the body, in the long term, due to that there is increased body awareness. Yoga is also a spiritual path that gives human kind the space to discover own talents and possibilities. Hatha-yoga is a popular yoga to slow down or reduce stress. In addition to the techniques also attributed a beneficial effect on the nervous system, the glands and other important organs and a relaxation of the body. The goal of hatha-yoga is therefore above all to promote the health and well being.
